1 — Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Parcel Hive (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding your access to and use of the Parcel Hive website, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site immediately.
2 — Products & Service Scope
Parcel Hive provides a full range of smart locker solutions and Cyber Hive Software, covering indoor and outdoor parcel delivery, refrigerated and heated food delivery, asset and luggage storage, and self-service dry cleaning. Our hardware-agnostic platform enables the launch, management, and upgrade of smart locker networks, automating 24/7 operations while extending your existing infrastructure.
3 — User Responsibilities
By using the Site, you represent that you have legal capacity, are not a minor, and will comply with all applicable laws. You agree not to use the Site for unauthorized, illegal, or harmful purposes, including automated scraping, spam, or infringement of intellectual property.
4 — Intellectual Property
All Site content, including software, designs, text, and logos, is the property of Parcel Hive or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-commercial license to access and use the Site for personal or business purposes. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
5 — User Contributions & Submissions
Any content, feedback, or suggestions submitted to Parcel Hive (“Contributions”) must not infringe third-party rights or violate laws. You retain ownership but grant Parcel Hive a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute them.
6 — Privacy & Data
Parcel Hive collects and processes user data per the Privacy Policy. Users are responsible for the accuracy and security of the data they provide. Parcel Hive implements reasonable measures to protect user data but is not liable for loss or corruption.
7 — Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
Services are provided “as-is” without guarantees. Parcel Hive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the Site. Users agree to indemnify and hold Parcel Hive harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from their use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
8 — Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes will be resolved under the rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Court (European Arbitration Chamber, Brussels) unless specifically exempted, in which case Bulgarian courts have jurisdiction.
